Shipping Information:

DELIVERY METHODS: Almost all orders are shipped within five or seven business days, unless the items you ordered are back-ordered. The delivery time after it leaves our warehouse depends on the delivery method you select. All delivery methods available for your order are displayed when you click the drop-down list on our checkout page. Here is some information to help you select the one that's right for you.

US Postal Service Media Mail - If you want the lowest cost and you're not in a hurry and you do not need detailed tracking information, then this is the delivery method for you. However, if your order weighs more than 10 pounds, USPS Media Mail will not appear as one of your choices for delivery methods. While it is usually the lowest cost delivery method, it is not the fastest method. Delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks (delivery times for international, APO and FPO addresses are shown near the bottom of this page). Tracking numbers are emailed to you the day your order ships. You can enter the tracking number at usps.com, but with US Postal shipments the tracking number only reports when the shipment is delivered and does not provide any tracking information while in transit because the package is not scanned at any distribution facilities. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but if your order has not been delivered within 4 weeks, we will re-ship it to you at no extra cost. US Postal Service Priority Mail - A great value and usually delivered within one week, this option is available only for very light weight orders weighing less than 2 pounds. We do not offer it for larger orders because it becomes too expensive compared to UPS Ground. Tracking numbers are emailed to you the day your order ships. You can enter the tracking number at usps.com, but with US Postal shipments the tracking number only reports when the shipment is delivered and does not provide any tracking information while in transit because the package is not scanned at any distribution facilities. Although most orders are delivered within one week, delivery times are not guaranteed, but if your order has not been delivered within 2 weeks, we will re-ship it to you at no extra cost. UPS Ground - For reliable ground delivery with excellent tracking information at a reasonable cost, UPS Ground is the best service available. Delivery times are not guaranteed but packages are normally delivered within 1-9 business days after leaving our warehouse. Tracking numbers are emailed to you the day your order ships. You can get the current status of your delivery and the estimated delivery date by entering your tracking number at ups.com. If your package is not delivered within 2 weeks, we will trace your shipment, which usually takes a week. If your package is not found when traced, we will re-ship your order at no extra cost.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

EXCHANGES: If you want to exchange any item, we give full credit for items returned to us. The credit may be applied to the purchase of any of our other items. REFUNDS: If you want a refund for your returned item(s) and you paid for shipping of your order, we offer a full refund minus a 10% re-stocking fee for the cost of the product. If you selected a free shipping option, your returned items will be refunded minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds are given only for product returns that meet the following conditions:

1.Merchandise must be returned in new condition within 15 days from the shipping date shown on the sales receipt. We are not responsible for any damage that might occur in shipping the returned items back to us so please make sure to adequately pack the merchandise being returned to us. No refunds are given for merchandise returned in unsaleable condition. This includes merchandise damaged in transit. If the product value exceeds $50.00, we recommend shipping it with insurance. 2. No refunds are available for opened software products unless there is a technical problem with the software program preventing it from running properly on your computer. In that case, we will need a full explanation of the nature of the problem. 3. Refunds are available for toys and games only if the products are returned to us in new, unopened condition. We do not give refunds on opened toys. If the item is defective, we will replace it at our expense. Returns must include your name and address and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If you have an extra copy of your sales receipt, please send that also. Please note that in most cases, we do not refund the shipping and handling cost. We refund the shipping and handling cost only if the product you received was defective or was not the correct product that you ordered. In those cases, we will send a UPS driver to pick up the product(s) so that you do not incur any cost for shipping the product back to us.

If you paid for your order by credit card, your refund will be issued as a credit to your card account. If you paid for your order by check or money order, your refund will be issued in the form of a check payable to you. Refunds are usually processed within one week. Thank you.
